I have an older plum tree that needs a heavy pruning every two years. Elevated have been doing the service on it since the fall of 2021. They do an excellent job. The tree is healthy and productive and my yard always looks very neat and tidy after they're finished.

Pls read: I've used elevated tree service 2 times. The first time, working verbally and communicating with the staff was pretty easy. Although they did fall a chunk of the wood into my house, which caused my downspout to be crushed and a dent of the wall on the house, and failed to notify me via note, call, email or text. I noticed it later and was pretty upset because I felt they had tried to cover it up as there was a bunch of wood chunks infront of it So I called and I had to get someone from their team to take a look at the damage. They apologized and attempted to fix it, but imo it was less than satisfactory. They put some clear glue and replaced the downspout. Later, I looked at it and it was all peeling off the stucco of the house. I called them back to see if they could fix it with stucco which I thought they would have done originally but I had to basically pry to get a better quality fix. Even so, you can still tell where the damage was done and they never fully completed attaching the little band that attaches the downspout to the house. I'm not trying to be nitpicky, it's just the little things that you do can add up to a negative experience with a customer. Later I decided to give them a second chance, and they did the job and even offered me a discount on the service. They came to trim a tree in the back. Not a bad job. Looks good, although they could have taken the branches that were thrown in the corner. But other than that I am happy with the service. They also took the time to take a big branch that had fallen in the front and mulched it for me.. thanks guys!
